About Us

Freeing Legal.
Accelerating Business.
Driving Growth.

We build tools that handle the repetitive parts of legal work so lawyers can spend their time on what actually needs a lawyer.

Adeu.ai builds AI-native tools for in-house legal teams, delivered through Outlook, Word, Teams, Slack, and Claude Desktop. The Brief decodes messy email threads into clear summaries. The redlining engine reviews contracts against your playbook and generates tracked-changes DOCX files. Open-source and built by Dealfluence Oy in Helsinki, Finland.

Our Story

Why we started Adeu

We started Adeu in 2024 because we kept seeing the same problem: legal teams buried in admin instead of doing legal work.

Lawyers were spending most of their time answering the same questions, digging through folders, and pulling up old contracts. The actual legal work kept getting pushed to tomorrow.

So we built tools that work inside Outlook, Word, Teams, and Claude Desktop, where lawyers already spend their day. No new app to learn, no portal to check.
